The idea of the Academy of Conscious Sailing is to acquire practical skills based on understanding and conscious use of knowledge, all in order to be able to safely and efficiently steer a yacht on a cruise. Without unnecessary theorizing and knowledge that will never be useful in practice. We don't train - we teach you how to swim consciously.
